You couldn’t get unlimited personal training

Maybe your gym membership is unlimited.

You can walk in any day it’s open, and for a while you did.

When you go, you head for the machines you already know how to use. Same machines, same order.

You’re back in the car before long, and you couldn’t say whether any of it did anything.

I’m paying for unlimited. Shouldn’t I be getting more out of this?

So you go less.

Nobody showed you how to progress, and nobody was holding you to it.

The membership got you in the building.

Every decision after that was yours: what to do that day, how heavy to go, when to push and when to back off.

That’s a coach’s job, and you’ve been doing it yourself.

Our membership fixed that part.

But, I’ll be honest with you. It also had a cap on days.

If your week had room for more, I didn’t have more to give you.

That cap is gone now.

Come in today and unlimited personal training is what you’re signing up for.

It’s semi-private, so you’re in a group of four or fewer and everyone has their own program. A coach plans every session and runs it.

None of those decisions land on you.

You come in as often as your week and your goals need, starting at a number of days you can actually hold.

If that’s not where you are right now, that’s fine.
