What the first 6 months actually look like

Prioritizing yourself sounds big until you see how small the first step is.

Now that there’s finally a little room in your life, the idea of “getting back into it” can still feel like a cliff.

So let’s make it concrete instead.

Here’s what the short term looks like.

In your first month, you’re not chasing a transformation. You’re showing up two days a week and relearning that your body responds.

Movements get smoother. You sleep a little better. You start to trust that you can do this.

You don’t have to think about what workout you’re doing, what weights you’re lifting, or how many reps and sets.

You just show up.

And you remember to show up because it’s scheduled on your calendar in perpetuity. You get reminders the day before and an hour before, so you don’t forget in the middle of life’s craziness.

By month three, the habit stops feeling like a decision you have to make every day. It’s just part of your week now.

You’re stronger in ways you can feel on the stairs, in the grocery bags, in how you get off the floor.

Here’s what the long term looks like.

A year in, you’ve protected the things that quietly slip away when we stop training. Muscle. Bone density. Balance.

The stuff that decides how independent and capable you are in the decades ahead.

That’s the real return on prioritizing yourself now. Not just how you feel this season, but how much life you keep access to later.

We’ve both been in the place where it felt impossible to put ourselves first.

The way out wasn’t a burst of motivation. We finally realized we deserved to put ourselves first, and that it came from a place of self love.

We knew that if we didn’t, we would keep fading away and lose the ability to do the things we love.

That’s what we build with you here.
