The gym part is the easy part

CrossFit training with wall ball

It feels like you don’t have time to work out.

What you don’t have time for is the workout and everything it takes to keep doing it.

What do I do today?

How heavy?

And what do I do in three months, when this stops working?

Those questions never stop arriving. That second job is the one that doesn’t fit.

If that’s been sitting with you, you’re exactly who we built RE:GEN for.

This is the right fit for you if:

  • You should be lifting and never trusted a plan
  • You’ve started and stopped more than once
  • The end of your day has nothing left in it
  • Your week falls apart without much warning
  • You don’t want the gym to be another job

Every one of those is the same fixable problem. You’re carrying decisions that were never yours.

Here’s how it actually gets fixed.

Somebody else picks your exercises, your weights and what changes week to week, and writes it around your knee or your shoulder.

You don’t need anything left at the end of the day. Walking in is the whole ask.

Your first month is one-on-one. Eight sessions before you join a group, which is where most restarts come apart.

After that you’re one of four in the room for 45 to 60 minutes, with a coach watching all four.

And when your week goes sideways, four hours’ notice moves the session.
