Strength training in menopause, done right

CrossFit training with wall ball

In perimenopause and menopause, heavy weight is what your body responds to.

Doing everything right.

A body doing something different.

Every instruction pointing the same way.

If that’s been sitting with you, you’re exactly who we built RE:GEN for.

This is the right fit for you if:

  • You’ve never lifted properly and don’t know where to start
  • You go lighter because you’re worried about your joints
  • You’ve lost weight and feel weaker than you did
  • You’ve been told to protect your bones
  • You start programs and stop inside a month
  • You don’t want the gym taking over your life

Every one of those is the same fixable problem, which is that nobody has built you a plan for the body you have now.

Here’s how that gets fixed.

Your first four weeks are eight one-on-one sessions with a coach, so you learn the movements before you’re lifting anything heavy.

Your coach decides when the weight goes up, which is what keeps going heavy safe for your joints.

You eat enough protein that your body has no reason to take the muscle back.

Your bones get the load they need to rebuild.

You train with three other people and a coach who notices when you’re not there, which is the part that gets you to a year.

And it’s two or three sessions a week, not five.
