Jenn asked for a fourth day. I said no.

CrossFit training with wall ball

Jenn walked in a year ago and has been coming three days a week ever since. She’s as consistent as they come.

A year of that has made her strong.

At her goal review she asked for cardio, and for help with what she’s eating.

Both of those needed a day she didn’t have.

I told her no.

The membership she was on had a cap on days, and she was already at it.

Michael started in June and comes in twice a week. He’s always been stiff.

That stiffness is what’s capping how strong he gets.

Fixing it takes a session, and he had two that were already spoken for.

So he chose, every week, between getting looser and getting stronger.

That’s a fair enough trade. It’s also a trade I should not have been asking him to make.

That cap is coming off.

Jenn puts cardio on a fourth day and keeps all three strength days, and nutrition help comes with the membership.

Michael gets a mobility day that doesn’t cost him a lifting day.

Start now and you never have a cap at all. You’d be starting on unlimited personal training.

Come sit down with us and we’ll tell you what your week should look like.
