His work schedule is chaotic. His training schedule isn’t.

Tyler is a firefighter. His schedule runs 48 to 72 hours on, then three to four days off. This schedule has wrecked every attempt he’d made at staying consistent in the gym.

He’d show up when he could, but without a program to follow or a set routine to anchor him, the gaps between sessions kept growing. He knew he needed to be strong for his job. He just couldn’t make it stick.

Six months ago, that changed.

Tyler has been training at RE:GEN three times a week, every week, since then. His schedule didn’t get easier. He just finally had a system that worked around it and people holding him accountable to show up.

A few weeks ago, he responded to a vehicle in a ditch. The jaws of life couldn’t fully cut the B-frame to free the driver, so Tyler bent it himself. After securing the man on a backboard, the crew debated ropes to lift him out. Tyler pressed him overhead to his colleagues above.

That’s not a metaphor. That happened.

He told us recently that he still wakes up some mornings not wanting to do anything. He still talks himself out of it in his head. And he still shows up. Because showing up consistently for six months has made him better at the thing that matters most.

If your schedule has always been the reason fitness hasn’t worked, we want to talk.
