Heath hates the gym. He hasn’t missed a session in 6 months.

Heath has started and sold his own company for millions of dollars. He knows how to do hard things.

And yet fitness kept slipping. Not because he didn’t know what to do. Not because he lacked discipline in other areas of his life. But because he never had the right infrastructure around it.

No system. No accountability. Nothing making it easy enough to stick.

On top of that, his knees were giving him trouble. Hikes he loved were getting harder. The things he wanted to do outside the gym were quietly being taken off the table.

When Heath came to RE:GEN, he never pretended he wanted to love training. He was upfront about it from day one. He needed two things: accountability and decision removal. Someone to expect him. A plan ready when he walked in. A time already on the calendar that didn’t require a fresh choice every week.

So that’s what we built.

Six months later, Heath lifts twice a week. Every week. He still tells us he hates coming in. He tells us that regularly, in fact. And he hasn’t missed a week he hasn’t been traveling.

His knees don’t hurt on hikes anymore. This past weekend, he and his wife covered 9 miles together. He’s got fourteeners in his sights. And as he builds his next company, RE:GEN has become one of the pillars he’s built his schedule around.

Heath didn’t need to fall in love with working out. He needed a structure that showed up for him even when motivation didn’t.
